WEBSITE BANNERS from $1,750

Banners will be posted on this website in the months before the show giving the sponsor a continued virtual presence. The website has links to leading associations and will be used extensively by all buyers and attendees to manage their participation at IMEX America.

CAFES from $20,000

Sponsor one or more of the cafés at the show. The cafés can be clearly branded plus you can use them to stage events during the show.

They are highlighted on the show floor plans displayed throughout the exhibition hall and published in the show catalogue and show guide and on the IMEX website.

MAIN ESCALATOR BRANDING S15,000

The main escalators will be heavily used throughout the day by buyers and attendees. Banner measures 32' wide x 3' high. It’s a great opportunity to brand both sides of the escalator.

INTERIOR BANNER - INSIDE HALL $15,000 each

Great opportunity - this is the only banner sponsorship opportunity inside the hall. Sponsor one of the three interior 15’ wide x 20’ high banners on entering the hall. It will provide exposure to all attendees and buyers throughout the show.

HOSTED BUYER LUGGAGE LABELS €5,250
Exclusive exposure for your company to IMEX hosted buyers, who will attach these luggage labels for travel to and from the show.
POST-SHOW SURVEY $5,000
  The IMEX America post-show survey will be sent to all hosted buyers and attendees who either registered for, or attended IMEX America. The survey aims to capture the views and opinions of buyers to help the organizers plan and improve the show for future years.
BADGE-BACK: LEGACY INITIATIVE $3,000
The IMEX Group has an established policy of giving back to the local community and minimizing its environmental and social impact wherever possible. At IMEX America, a Badge-Back scheme will give participants the opportunity to drop their badges into one of two recycling bins at the door as they leave. Each badge is worth $1 and each bin represents a different local legacy initiative or charity. The aim of the scheme is to support the local Nevada community, as well as to help achieve IMEX America’s waste minimization and recycling targets.
ON SCREEN ADVERTISING $750

Plasma screens will be displayed in seating areas around IMEX America. Promote your products and stand on these high-profile display screens through advertisements or short video presentations. Ads will run continuously between 10.00 and 17.30 on all three days of the show. Great value!

A minimum of 5 emails will be sent in total.

REGISTERED ATTENDEE EMAILS TBC

To keep registered attendees up-to-date with show news and ensure their attendance at IMEX America we will be sending them a series of emails from June – October. Your branding will be aligned to these emails.

PROSPECTIVE ATTENDEE EMAILS TBC

In order to attract buyer attendees (non-hosted buyers) to IMEX America, we will be conducting extensive e-marketing campaigns within the US market. Our professionally designed emails will be sent in html to up to 200,000 US planners utilizing a selection databases from our key media and association partners.
